How to claim your money back:
1. To be eligible to claim a refund, individuals must have purchased  from www.starglobaltr.com

  1. On the day your order is delivered, email a customer care representative at support@starglobatr.com a blank email with the subject header “90 Day Money-Back Guarantee”.
  2. Trial our Device for at least 70 Days from date of purchase, but for no more than 90 days.
  3. If you are not completely satisfied by the performance of our Device email a customer care representative via the same email chain sharing your review and money-back request.
  4. Once approved, return the our Device (in its original packaging) via a trackable mail service to the address provided by our customer care representative.
  5. Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible claims will be deemed invalid.

Real postage costs for the sending and return of our Handset are the full responsibility of the Claimant and will not be refunded.

  1. Once returned, our Handset’s purchase price will be refunded to you.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Cancellation

We ship items on same day most of times, hence any cancellation after one day will incur shipping and return charges. However, order cancelled on same day will be refunded fully.
